We are Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR) – SAP Business One + Wise WMS Solutions
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate interest and uncover opportunities for our SAP Business One and Wise WMS solutions. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and a passion for driving business growth through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify potential clients.
- Utilize various lead generation tools and platforms to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies for lead generation.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of SAP Business One and Wise WMS solutions.
- Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our software solutions to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualification:
- Engage in conversations with potential clients to assess their needs and pain points.
- Determine the suitability of our solutions for the prospect’s business requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
Communication:
- Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Document all communication and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One or Wise WMS is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
